My yoga journal documents my yogic journey which I have been on for the past 10 years, which has sometimes been enjoyable and other times been trying. I admit I haven't always dedicated the time to yoga, healing my body and emotions, but life is a journey of experiences. I would consider myself a wanna be yogi, as it is difficult to be a peace with oneself, in relationships and within the surrounding environment. In this journal I hope to openly share my feelings and experiences I have learned along the way. Do interact and share your views and tips.
